The absence of Seismic Velocity and or the conventional compaction process (non-clastic); using the offset wells if any; is the alternative method for PPP.
This is one of the unique methods which has been introduced by G.A.S to predict subsurface pressure. Works great in semi-mature basin.

Salt Basins
This prediction method (Shaker,2024) is designed for the overthrust salt basins where S1 swaps position with S3. It is salt's depth dependant, since seismic velocity is perturbated.
Prediction Models should be modified for the expected hydrocarbon column's excess pressure.
